Bam Bagel is a home-based bagel company. We launched in November of 2013 in Liverpool New York, in an effort to produce authentic NY style bagels. We have been a hit ever since!
Outside of NYC, there are very few genuine New York Style bagel makers. Our dough is made in house each day. Our bagels are formed by hand, and boiled in honey water, then baked to perfection. There is nothing like an authentic NY style bagel.
